To be able to manufacture flat cut letters, composite trays etc. to the standard that we do, we use a MAXI-M5 CNC Router. Due to its design, it can run at extremely fast cycle speeds, high performance and high-volume production. As well as an air-cooled spindle, it is fitted with a vacuum table with independent working zones, PC interfaced Numerical Control System and a hand wheel for easy origin and work piece setting. Due to the nature of Routing, we can cut your project with precision and with minimal waste. Routing is best for 2D cut letters, logos and shapes, custom sign plate shapes, Aluminium composite folding and grooving, Fret cut sign trays and deep cut letters.
